The EEA grant, is a scheme in which Norway contributes to social and economic equalization in the European Economic Area (EEA). The EEA funds are used to strengthen cooperation between Norway and the recipient countries. Therefore, a number of Norwegian voluntary organizations, companies, research institutions, public agencies and others participate in programs and projects.
